We
require purchase orders for all RedMan transactions
and offer GSA pricing. If your
order is placed by noon EST, RedMan will ship
the same day, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Making
Changes or Canceling Your Order After an Order
Has Been Sent
If you need to make any changes to or cancel your
order after you have sent it, please call Customer
Service at 1-800-865-7840. Please note that your
order may begin processing immediately after you
place your order, and it may not be possible to
change items on existing orders.
Payment
Sorry, RedMan products are not available for online
purchasing. We take orders over the telephone,
by email or fax with one of our sales associates.
Payment
options are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express, pre-payment with a money order, certified
check, approved company check, or check approved
by TeleCheck, C.O.D. NSF checks are automatically
re-deposited and are subject to a $20 NSF fee
if returned the second time.
Returns
We happily refund the purchase price of the merchandise,
plus applicable sales tax, for any items that
do not satisfy you. We will issue a credit on
your account/credit card for items that are authorized.

Availability
We try our best to fill all orders. Sometimes
we underestimate demand and cannot get more in
stock. We’ll let you know if an item is
no longer available or will be delayed. We also
reserve the right to limit quantities based on
merchandise availability. We’ll tell you
if RedMan is completely out-of-stock on an item
or if the item is on back-order prior to completion
of your order.
If
we are temporarily out of stock, you can backorder
an item by prepaying (including shipping). When
the product is in stock, we’ll automatically
ship it to you.
